Orders
All prices will be charged at the published price current at the date of order. No charge is made to the customer for credit card payments.
Delivery
Whenever possible Wacky Pet Products will deliver from stock via your selected method. All standard deliveries will be made within 7 days of order. Delivery times given are only estimates and we assume no liability for delays however caused.
Should selected items not be available from stock we will notify you of delivery times prior to acceptance of your order.
Faulty Goods
Faulty goods can be returned/exchanged up to 28 days from delivery. All carriage costs in this case will be refunded.
We reserve the right to charge a handling and re-stocking fee for any returns that fall outside of our standard terms.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, strike, lock-out industrial action, fire or other event beyond the reasonable control of either party.
Law
All disputes arising of this contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
